Return Policy

· The product must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

· Only new, unused, and unworn items will be accepted.

· All original tags and packaging must be included.

· An order form detailing your information must be included inside the return box.

· Oversized items such as bicycles are subject to return shipping fees.

· Please do not place return stamps directly on the product box. Shoe and helmet boxes must be shipped inside the shipping box.

Pre-Order Terms and Conditions


By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
  1. The requested product is specially ordered or imported based on the customer"s selected specifications.
  2. Once the order has been confirmed and payment has been made, the order cannot be cancelled, and the amount paid is non-refundable, as the product is a special-order item and is not part of our regular inventory
  3. Any request to change the size, color, or specifications after the order has been confirmed is subject to supplier approval and product availability. Additional charges may apply.
  4. Estimated delivery and shipping times are approximate and depend on the manufacturer, shipping carriers, and customs clearance procedures. Delays may occur and do not entitle the customer to compensation.
  5. The customer is responsible for any additional taxes, duties, customs fees, or government charges that may apply after the order has been confirmed.

  2. Once the product arrives, the customer agrees to collect the order within the specified period and settle any outstanding balance before delivery.
  3. The product is covered only by the manufacturer"s warranty. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper assembly, or unauthorized modifications.
  4. If the manufacturer is unable to supply the product or discontinues its production, the store reserves the right to either issue a full refund or offer a suitable alternative, subject to the customer"s approval.
  5. Payment of the full amount or any required deposit constitutes the customer"s acceptance of all the above Pre-Order Terms and Conditions.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase and place a new order. Placing a new order immediately ensures you receive the new item quickly and avoid running out of stock while you wait for an exchange. Simply create a new order and return the original item. You will receive a full refund for items returned in new and unused condition. Used items will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning them.

Refunds are issued once the item is received by our returns department.

Return Fees and Restrictions:

The return fee is 60 riyals and will be deducted from your return balance. Large orders (such as large bike racks and trailers) and orders outside of Saudi Arabia must pay their own return shipping fees.

If something is missing from your order:

If an item is missing, be sure to carefully check all contents of the box. Small items can easily get caught in the packaging during shipping and unpack your new gear.

We cannot refund bicycles. Outside of Saudi Arabia, if there is a problem, contact us immediately.
